Returns & Exchanges

Every product we send out is primarily quality controlled, however in the unlikely case that you receive your item with a fault or store inventory being inaccurate, we will happily replace it or provide a refund as long as it has been returned to us within 10 days from your delivery date. Please email us at info@mooseandfinch.com prior to sending out your return/exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused with all tags attached and returned within 10 days from your delivery date. Several items are exempt from being returned. This includes swimwear and soaps.

Moose & Finch reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. 

Exchanged items will incur a $5.00 fee to cover the cost of return postage. If there is a fault, we will of course cover the cost for you.
